The VIP status transfer service is available exclusively to players within the United States of America and Canada where McLuck.com offers its services.
Players can transfer their VIP status from a different social casino platform to McLuck.com which can serve as a starting point to progress to higher tiers. Proof of Platinum VIP status (and above) can be accepted - provided they can share a screenshot of their account with their registered email address and the VIP tier status, all other equivalent tiers under platinum may also be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Steps to Transfer Your VIP Status:
Capture a clear screenshot of your current VIP status from the other platform. Ensure the screenshot includes your registered email address and your VIP Tier.
Email the screenshot to our support team at transfervip@mcluck.com. The screenshot must be clear, unedited, and uncropped to be considered valid.
Our support team will verify your submission. If approved, your account will be upgraded based on the criteria mentioned above.
